Galaxy Ampang Shopping Centre is one of the shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur that owns and operates more than 500 retail lots over 600,000 sqft net area. 
 
To meet the needs of our growth and expansion plans in the future, we seek resourceful and dedicated Malaysians for a career in the following position.

1. RECEPTIONIST

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to all incoming call and customers / visitors.
  • Ability to take messages and forwarding appropriately.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mails/couriers.
  • Tardiness of reception and lobby area is a must.
  • Assist in any administrative and ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Min SPM or equivalent with relevant work experiences.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality and presentable appearance with cheerful disposition and good telephone etiquette.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

2. GENERAL CLERK

Responsibilities:

  • to assist in all general clerical work.
  • mainly in product sourcing.
  • to carry out any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Min SPM or equivalent with relevant work experiences.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

3. ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Responsibility:

  • Be able to handle full sets of accounts
  • Responsible for voucher entries, issuing payments, reconcilation of accounts
  • Ad-hoc assignments.

Requirement:

  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in full sets of accounts
  • Candidate should be mature, accurate, honest, a team player and able to work independently.

4. ELECTRICIAN / WELDER

Responsibility:

  • To perform hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance works of electrical systems or mechanical systems or Architectural (Civil) Works.
  • To troubleshoot any breakdown and faults to Electric, Mechanical or Civil Systems.
  • To carry out inspection and repairing works.
  • To prepare and compile work order and service report.
  • To prepare daily functionality report
  • To carry out tasks as listed in work order report.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Wireman/MLVK/SKM or Diploma in Electrical/Wireman Cert PW 1, 2, 3 or 4/Chargeman A0 or A1 or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Candidates should have at least 2 years hands on experience in building or facilities maintenance specializing in Electrical Systems or Civil (Architectural) or Mechanical Systems
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
  • Candidates will be based in Ampang.
  • Must be able to work shift and overtime.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
